Artist's Comments

Another photo from the park near my neighborhood. I followed this guy - a red-winged blackbird - around for a good ten minutes, snapping pictures as he hopped around and poked at the ground. This was the last photograph I took of him, just as he decided he was through with me and flew off over the pond - I feel so lucky to have gotten this shot.

I can't think of anything else to say because I'm tired and my eye itches. XD I'm going to get something to drink.

Better take care of that itchy eye. That's how pink eye spreads. Number one prevention for pink eye: wash your hands like an obsessive compulsive.

I'm pretty sure the eye is just allergies, since they stop when I actually remember my nasal spray. XD But thank you for the advice.
